  • What is the Access Pass? The Access Pass is your gateway to a year-long journey of learning with exclusive webinars and a library of resources designed to enhance your knowledge on various educational topics. 
  • How much does the Access Pass cost? The Access Pass is available for $500/year, making it a cost-effective choice for ongoing learning and professional development. If you want to attend a single session on a specific topic, these are available at $100 per session. 
  • What topics are covered in the webinars? Our webinars cover a wide range of topics, including mental health, family engagement, cyber safety, fundraising, and school finance to ensure you get the most relevant and beneficial information for your school councils. 
  • Can I access past webinars if I miss a session? Absolutely! All webinars are recorded and made accessible to subscribers, so you can watch them at your convenience. 
  • How can I share the resources with others? We provide downloadable assets provided by our speakers in a timely manner post-webinar.  
  • How can I let people in my school community know about an upcoming event? We provide Access Pass subscribers with sharing assets before each webinar, which you are welcome to include in school newsletters or share with your network. 
  • Who can subscribe to the Access Pass? The Access Pass is ideal for parents, educators, and community members who are eager to learn and grow within the educational sphere. 
  • Is there a trial period available? Yes! We offer a free trial month in September, allowing you to explore the benefits before committing to a subscription. 
  • How can I sign up for the Access Pass? Signing up is easy! Simply click the "Join Now" button on our landing page and follow the instructions to complete your registration. 
  • Who are the speakers for the webinars? Our speakers are carefully selected experts in their fields, providing valuable insights and practical knowledge tailored to your needs. We share this information when available.  
  • How do I access the resource library? Once you've subscribed, you'll receive login details to access the extensive resource library available on our website. 
  • We already planned to spend our ASCE grant this year. How can we participate? While the ASCA Access Pass subscription is ASCE grant eligible, you don’t have to use your grant. For non-ASCE grant funded subscribers, we will send you an invoice on or around October 1 for the annual subscription cost of $500+gst.  
  • We want to hold more in person events. Why should we choose the Access Pass? With 10x the value, we make it easy to learn about topics that are important to your school community and bring people together in an environment that suits you! Have a watch party and provide opportunity to network before and after the event.  
  • What if we don’t like the topic this month? With 10 topics throughout the school year, there’s a higher chance you’ll find a topic you’re interested in compared to one topic for one speaker. Plus you’ll get a chance to help us choose the topics through regular surveys.  
  • What if we try it for one year, but don’t like it? Like any subscription, once you cancel you will lose access when your subscription expires. You’ll receive a renewal request email with plenty of time before the next school year, so you can decide what is right for your school council. Why not take advantage of the free trial for September and see if it’s right for your school community?
