Creating School Council Plans to Engage the School Community
This is a 3 module, self-paced school council professional development opportunity incorporating tasks and deadlines determined by your school council.
The 3 modules are adapted versions of School Council Purpose (90 mins), Effective Engagement (120 mins), and School Council Plans (120 mins) Learning Opportunities.
These 3 Learning Opportunities are 5+ hours of instruction, which would normally cost 1 x $400 + 2 x $500 = $1400. (ASCA Members pay $300 + $375 + $375 = $1050 at 25% off).
For 2024-2025, the 3 modules regular cost (non Member) is $1000. ASCA Members cost is $750.
The modules are ASCA delivered private sessions, facilitated by an ASCA Instructor for 1 school council only. The 3 modules are most effective when scheduled for delivery within an 8-week time frame. As the school council is expected to complete some work between each module, it is recommended to schedule modules approximately 2-3 weeks apart.
